ORDER PROCESSING
Orders which are shipped from our stock are billed upon a shipping ticket printing. Once a shipping ticket has printed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.
The time until you receive the products is dependent on manufacturer's turnaround time. We have no control over their shipping policies, but we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless items are defective. Please be certain that the parts you are ordering are for the correct version of the tool you own as a restock fee will be assessed on exchanges of incorrectly ordered parts.
PLEASE NOTE: No returns at all can be accepted on Electrical Parts (switches, motors, fields, coils, armatures, cords, etc.) due to manufacturers' policies. Defective chargers may be exchanged only once as batteries with bad cells are normally the cause of multiple failures.
Accuset, Duo-Fast, Max and Senco parts cannot be returned except for exchange of the same part due to factory defect. Please be certain that you are ordering the right part.
LIABILITY
Tool repairs should only be performed by qualified individuals. We cannot provide you with techincal assistance on the repair of your tools. We will not be held liable for damage to your tools, person or property in the attempt to repair your tools.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING
ToolPartsDirect.com does not ship internationally at this time. We only ship to the United States (and possessions via US Priority Mail). We also cannot ship an order placed on an international credit card to an address in the United States. We cannot make exception to these policies.
