Hello again! Welcome back to another Do It Yourself article from all the staff here at ToolPartsDirect.com. Today, we’re going to show you how to replace the piston driver assembly in a Paslode framing nailer.

Tools You Will Need:

Hex Screwdriver

Flat Head Screwdriver

Grease

Alright! Let’s get started!

Step 1:

Use your hex screwdriver to unscrew the back end of the framing nailer.

Remove the back cover.

Step 2:

Take a long screwdriver and push the piston out.

Step 3:

Apply some grease to the piston.

Step 4:

Line up the piston and push it through.

Step 5:

Inspect the components before you replace the back.

Step 6:

Re-install the back component onto the tool.

Screw the screws into the back of the nailer.
